Simply give out your MyPrivateLine Toll Free Number and Extension anytime you wish to keep your real phone number private. Callers can reach you by dialing your MyPrivateLine number & extension. Calls are forwarded directly to any number you have designated, so you are reachable anytime, anywhere. Calls are deducted from your account balance and you can manage your account online. Can callers see my real phone number? |

No, callers who contact you using your MyPrivateLine do not see your real phone number. Your personal information stays private and secure. |

Can I see the caller's real phone number? |
| |
No, the caller's identity is also concealed. Neither party can see the other's real phone number if the call is made using a MyPrivateLine phone number. |

What are the rates? |

The rate to receive incoming MyPrivateLine calls is $0.15 per minute within the continental U.S. If you wish to forward your MyPrivateLine number outside the U.S., view the Rate Table for that specific country. Calls to check your voice mail are also billed at $0.15 per minute. |

Are there any other fees or charges I should know about? |

There are no additional setup fees, no minimums and no monthly charges. The only other charge you may incur is an FCC-mandated payphone surcharge of $0.75 for calls that are placed from a payphone. (This fee is per call, not per minute, and is in addition to the normal per minute rate). |

Can I change the number to which my MyPrivateLine number rings? |

Yes, you may change the forwarding number to any U.S. or foreign number as often as you like in real-time. There are 2 ways to change your forwarding number: using the voice prompt account access menu on your phone; or by accessing your account after logging in on the account_holder_login.php page on the Jaduka website. |

How & when can I see the details of my calls & charges? |

Your call detail, which includes the date & time that the call was received plus the duration of the call and cost, is available to you anytime in real-time for you to view on your secure account after logging in on the account_holder_login.php page. |

You can recharge your account in real-time in 3 convenient ways: 1) online using a credit card on your secure account after logging in on account_holder_login.php page; 2) with a credit card by calling Customer Service; or 3) purchase a new MyPrivateLine account and transfer the balance online or by phone using the voice menu. |

No, credit cards only are accepted as payment for cards purchased online or cards that are recharged online or via Customer Service. MyPrivateLine accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. |

No, all are toll-free prefixes. |
