Using MyPrivateLine is easy! You can manage your account by using the simple prompts on your touchtone phone or manage your account preferences by logging into your account.


Setting Up Your Account
After purchasing your MyPrivateLine product online, your product will be ready to use the minute you receive it.


Setting or Updating your 'Forward To' Number
You will have setup your initial 'Forward To' number when you signed up. You can update your Forward To number at any point by logging into your account . To setup or change your 'Forward To' number via phone, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Dial your toll free access number
Step 2. Enter your personal PIN #
Step 3. Press 1 and follow the prompts to enter your phone number


Setting Up Your Voicemail:
Calls will automatically be directed to your MyPrivateLine voicemail after 3 rings. You can setup your voicemail at any time by logging into your account . To forward your incoming calls directly to a voicemail box via the phone, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Dial your toll free access number
Step 2. Enter your personal PIN #
Step 3. Press 2 for voicemail options


Retrieving Voicemail Messages
Follow the instructions below to listen to your voicemail messages.

Step 1. Dial your toll free access number
Step 2. Enter your personal PIN #
Step 3. System will announce how many messages you have waiting. Press 2 to listen to your messages.


How to Receive a Call
When you receive an incoming call, the system will announce that the call is a MyPrivateLine call. Follow the instructions below to begin receiving calls on your MyPrivateLine personal 800#:

Step 1. Simply give out your personal toll free number and extension.
Step 2. Caller dials your personal toll free number and enters your extension. Call is forwarded to the number you have designated and your phone rings!


How to Recharge Your Account:
To recharge your account, simply login to your account. Click the 'Recharge Account' link next to the product that you wish to recharge and follow the instructions.


How to Transfer Your Balances
To transfer your balance from one MyPrivateLine to another, simply follow the instructions below:
Step 1. Dial your toll free access number
Step 2. Press 3 and follow the prompts to transfer a balance.
